I always have an outstanding experience with the Dr. Nicole and her team how skills is our work of art she is a perfectionist and very passionate about her work, she listens and gives you her honest feedback, if she does not think it's in your best interest she is not going to do it and that's hard to come by today, when there is a lot of plastic surgeons out that will do unnecessary surgery.. Not her, she's not gonna stamp her name just to anything.. It's just that confidence that she carries and also you can talk to her about anything. You're not just a patient in a chair. They makes you feel like you're part of a family when you walk through those doors she makes you real comfortable and I know that's not always easy to do.

Immediately after surgery I could already feel that my breathing had improved. Not only is he an excellent surgeon, but he’s also very caring as a person. He gave me his cell phone number and called me immediately after I had texted him about my pain control/ uncomfortable splints. He changed my appt to one day earlier so I could get the splints out and genuinely cares about how his patients are doing. Highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Becker for a Rhinoplasty revision and he exceeded my expectations. My nose was badly botched up to the point that I was actually grateful for the pandemic because it was normal to wear a face mask. I was never going to show my face again and then I found Dr. Becker and he gave me my life back. I am forever grateful to Dr. Becker and I recommend him highly - he is absolutely amazing and his work is phenomenal. My nose is beautiful and it looks natural!

Dr. Daniel Becker did a fantastic job with my surgery on my septum and nose. I researched doctors for more than a year and a half and needed to improve my breathing. Dr. Becker not only improved my breathing, but greatly improved my profile. He took the time to discuss exactly how he would fix my septum, straighten my nose (I had a bad break of my nose back in 2004 and it was never fixed), and improve my profile. He was personable, professional, and he fixed an issue that another doctor that I had in 2007 could not fix. His staff was also very helpful at both the Voorhees and Sewell locations. I am extremely pleased with the result of my surgery and would strongly recommend Dr. Daniel Becker if you need an ENT doctor.

Dr. Schrader is amazing! I am in my mid 20s and have been insecure about the bump on my nose for the longest time. I also have other health conditions that require caution when undergoing elective procedures. Not only did Dr. Schrader reassure me and my mom of her techniques and safety, she ensured that my connective tissue disorder was accounted for when I underwent my septorhinoplasty, and she followed up very regularly afterwards as well. Her anesthesiologist was also kind and reassuring. Now, I can breathe fuller than ever and am rarely congested anymore due to a bone spur removal, and feel a lot less insecure about my nose and hardly think about it so that I can focus full time on school! Dr. Schrader also helped me address some dermatological concerns - she really does look out and care for you 🙂

Dr. Schrader did my otoplasty and I can’t recommend her enough. I was a bit nervous about getting this surgery, as I opted to go under local anesthesia rather than general, but Dr. Schrader and her team made sure they went over every step of the procedure with me to make sure I was comfortable. The surgery went smoothly and I didn’t feel a thing with the local anesthesia (which I was nervous it would wear off and I would feel pain). I couldn’t be happier with the results and this is a procedure I’ve been thinking about getting for a while. Again, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Schrader enough with her knowledge, attention to detail and welcoming, kind attitude.

I had an excellent experience with Clai for my Botox treatment. She was truly amazing—her professional manner instantly put my anxiety at ease. She took the time to explain every step in detail and shared her vision in order for me to have the best results, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. The best part is, I didn’t feel any injections at all! I also had zero bruising, even though I tend to bruise easily. Highly recommend her for a seamless and comfortable experience!!!

On October 23rd of 2024, I underwent a primary rhinoplasty with Kirk Lozada for aesthetic purposes only. The goals were to refine my nose tip, gently smooth my bridge, and slightly decrease the projection as well as the base of my nose. I did not need nor give written consent to a septoplasty and possible turbinate resection which was performed during my surgery. None of my surgical goals were achieved despite Kirk Lozada’s assertion that they were. I now have the following issues:
• Severely deviated septum
• Nasal valve collapse
• Difficulty breathing
• Constant pain and discomfort
• Permanent sutures placed led to suspected abscesses and frequent irritation
• My nose became twisted and asymmetrical although it was originally straight
• Excessively narrowed, unnatural slit-like nostrils
• Over-rotated, foreshortened nose leading to excessive nostril show and the appearance of significantly longer philtrum
• Recessed columella on one side
• Over-projected nose
• Soft triangle notching
• Excessive visible scarring
In addition, a septal extension graft was used during my surgery which I was not given informed verbal, or written consent for beforehand. This graft created constant pain and discomfort, accompanied by the sensation that something foreign was in my nose at all times making any lip movement (smiling, kissing, speaking, eating) feel tight and uncomfortable. My nose tip was made to be permanently rock hard which has been challenging to live with. For perspective, it is the same firmness as a knuckle, or elbow - this will never soften. A substantial portion of septum was harvested to create this graft which was not discussed prior to surgery.
My experience isn’t only negative due to poor aesthetic outcome, but also the dismissive nature of this individual’s communication, immense unprofessionalism, and misinformation provided. He would even dismiss that my nose was leaning despite his own office photos demonstrating this very clearly. While Kirk Lozada’s inexperience might have been forgivable from an aesthetic standpoint considering he has only been practicing rhinoplasty on his own starting mid 2020, the lack of accountability is not. These issues cannot all be passed off as poor healing. Surgical technique and skill, or possible lack thereof, were the main factors.

When expressing that my septum was severely deviated postoperatively (confirmed by revision experts) after months of me stating that I could no longer breathe comfortably your response was "Your septum is not more deviated than before" and "Septums can be deviated without causing breathing issues for the patients inside their nose." To this day, you still have not acknowledged that my nose is no longer straight although again, this fact is seen in your office photos. Lastly, you continually provided me with misinformation postoperatively and confirmed on 06/19/2024 that my OP Report wasn't even accurate after months of me suspecting this was the case despite your assertion it was. How are you supposed to "help" a patient if this is your idea of taking concerns seriously?
My review was written as straightforward as possible on purpose. I love Dr. Lozada so much! I had a procedure done by him in August 2024 and I’m still thrilled with my results over a year later. I saw a few surgeons before him but knew once I met him that he was the one! He did various consults with me pre-op to discuss what I wanted and also gave his direct number post-op for questions; he is so patient, kind, AND intelligent and such an artist! He and the whole team are amazing and again, his work is incredible. I asked for a subtle result and he delivered so well that people in my life didn’t notice unless I told them, but it was exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend to anyone.

Can I give more than 5 stars?! Because this man deserves it. I couldn’t breathe through my nose for YEARS.. and was losing hope I’d ever be able to. I put my trust in Dr Lozada, and he worked some sort of magic because I cannot express the difference he made! I finally can breathe normally and sleep better. On top of his unbelievable talent, Dr L is just a wonderful person.

Just two years ago, I had a wonderful experience under the care of Dr. Lozada for a septo-rhinoplasty procedure to both straighten my septum and refine some cosmetic attributes of my nose. From consultation to recovery, Dr. Lozada was supportive, responsive and caring. I could not have asked for a better bedside manner or reassurance from both Dr. Lozada and his team. What I will say — and why I am changing my rating from 5 to 3 stars — is you must ask clarifying questions about your procedure because not all details of your surgery, what exactly is happening to the structure of your nose will be disclosed to you. Ie: Will it be an opened or closed procedure? What techniques and/or grafts, instruments will you be used to re-straighten or reshape my nose? How closely do I need to follow recovery guidelines? I am starting to notice my nose/septum twist back to its original form which has honestly made me feel more self conscious than what I felt with my original nose. I am not sure if this is due to operative technique/skill or something along the way since recovery. I would highly consider Dr. Lozada for your ENT and/or surgery needs, but make sure you are doing your research and feel confident you have all the information you need from him.

I’m about two months post op from a rhinoplasty and my only regret with this process is not going to Dr. Lozada sooner. Dr. Lozada restored my confidence by giving me a straight and beautifully sculpted nose. I appreciated his approach on the shaping of my nose because he wanted to keep my features which is very similar to my mom’s so that was very important to me. Healing has been great, my nose is perfectly straight and I still feel like myself! Thank you Dr. Lozada!

5 years ago I made the stupidest decision and went to dr.joshua goldberg a nose ear and throaght doctor. He recommended a steroid injection for the bump on my nose. I went along with it and he destroyed my nose, he made the skin on my nose very thin and the bump more noticeable. I went to dr.lozada for a liquid rhinoplasty to fix this. And let me tell you he FIXED it! He made my nose look normal again. I cant thank him enough. Dr.lozada has magic hands and I will continue coming to him every year to continue this process of liquid rhinoplasty. He helped me get my confidence back that I lost. I had a liquid rhinoplasty done before by some one else and I didnt get this kind of results, not even close. Dr.lozada is the number one to go to from experience!

I recently underwent rhinoplasty with Dr. Lozada. My only regret about the whole process is not doing it sooner! I had several cosmetic concerns about my nose and had multiple consultations with multiple facial plastic surgeons in the area. Dr. Lozada presented me with by far the most comprehensive treatment plan and even answered all of the questions I thought of later after our initial consultation. My result is better than I even imagined and I've never felt more confident. He is a highly skilled surgeon, and most notably, an incredibly kind person. I can not recommend him highly enough to anyone considering rhinoplasty!

Dr. Lozada is amazing!!!!!!! He made my nose look so amazing!!!!! Everything I asked for and all of the things I wanted changed he executed, and I still look exactly like me. I couldn’t have asked for a better result! He answered all of my questions super quickly, and was always being there for me throughout the whole healing process he made me feel very reassured and told me everything I needed to know it was a very easy recovery, I had almost no bruising and with two weeks postop, my nose looked amazing!!! Went into the appointment nervous about having surgery but upon meeting Dr. Lozada, everything changed. His professionalism and kind nature really put my worries at ease and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had a great experience with Dr. Yamasaki today for Botox injections. Staff was welcoming and efficient. I came to visit Dr Joanna Kam, because i had an issue with my right ear. She diagnosed incorrectly and prescribed a medicine which i did not use at all and got better in 2-3 weeks. She checked me for just few seconds and ordered audio test. Once i came back from Audio test, she prescribed a medicine for Sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL). I then researched on my own going through google and things. Found very dangerous side effects of the medicine prescribed by Dr Joanne. I then set up a video call with her and informed her my concern about the side effects and particularly if i do not have SNHL. But she insisted me to take the medicine or she even told me to directly inject Prednisone in my ear.
Then i purchased the medicine but did not start yet and gave it a day and i visited a general doctor who properly checked my ear, asked lot of questions and prescribed me a Nosal spray. I used for an week and got better (without even taking one tablet of what Dr Joanne prescribed. Definitely it was a wrong diagnose from Dr Joanne. I still have not taken any of all 60 tablets of Prednisone, that Dr Joanne prescribed, I have the tablet box sealed to prove)
My guess is if Dr Joanne would have taken little time to ask me questions instead of just storming in and out of the room, when i visited, she would have properly diagnosed and prescribed the right medicine.
I had to express my review since i have been billed $301 for the visit. I have bill for Audio test, which i am ok to pay since the technician took well care to test audio thoroughly, but i am not ok to pay for Dr Joanne as the prescription was wrong and did not feel that she checked my ear issue properly.

The technician had asked only 4 or 5 history questions when she abruptly said, "I'll get the doctor." Dr. Kam came in the room and introduced herself. Without asking any questions about my reason for coming to see her, she asked, "Why did you wait so long to come in?" That set the tone for a very disjointed, uncomfortable discussion. I explained I wasn't seeking and couldn't afford rhinoplasty (for my previously broken nose) but was concerned about scar tissue, healing of a gash wound to my nose that occurred with the break, infection of the skin on my nose, and soreness inside my nose. In what appeared like an afterthought, Dr. Kam examined my nose. She prescribed medication for the infection in my nose and suggested I consider over-the-counter strips to possibly reduce the scaring. I worked as a speech pathologist with close associations with ENT's for over 35 years. I chose Dr Kam because of her experience with ENT practice that included "facial" injury medicine. I left her office with the sense that she was not invested in exploring options to help me. I've never experienced that with any other physician I've consulted.

Dr, Kam possesses all the attributes of a great doctor and healer. She takes her time for a complete examination and listens carefully. She explains the situation carefully and clearly and does the same as to options. I am a 78 year old man and thought that this type of doctor was no more....but I was wrong. Dr. Kam is awesome.

I typically do not write reviews but my experience with Dr. Kam was amazing. On my consult visit she was upfront and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for me. She did not sugarcoat anything but told me what she could do and what she could not. During my post surgery care she was always there. Dr. Kam was great. She was careful not to hurt me as my ear was very sore and went out of her way to help it. I will be seeing her every 6 months now to keep on top of my ear issues.

LOVEEEEEE Dr. Kam! Went to the ER earlier this week and they knew and did absolutely nothing. Scheduled a last minute appointment with Dr. Kam the very next day and she was able to help with me with my issues. She was very thorough with her exam and gave me a step by step explanation as to what she was doing through out my entire appointment. Was very understanding and patient.

I highly recommend Dr.Wong and her staff. I suffered with Bell’s palsy and Synkinesis for 2 years. Dr. Wong administered Medical Botox in September, January, and April. I look almost 100 percent recovered and you can’t even tell i had Bells Palsy. I feel so much better too. No more painful tightness or embarrassing involuntary movements. This has been life changing for me! I have the confidence to go out socially again and enjoy my life. I’m getting my 4 th treatment this week and I can’t wait to see the results! It looks better every time. I can’t thank Dr Wong and her staff enough!

Got my septum corrected by Dr. Wong. She was professional, honest, and did a great job! I’ve heard so many stories about these procedures going wrong, and everything went right with Dr. Wong!! She and the entire staff were incredibly helpful, easy to communicate with, reassuring, and professional every step of the way. I can breathe through my nose comfortably for the first time in my life, and I’m so happy about every step of the process.
