Alisa Yamasaki, MD
Dr. Alisa Yamasaki is a board-certified Otolaryngologist–Head & Neck Surgeon with advanced fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
She specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures—including rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation, skin cancer reconstruction, and facial reanimation after facial paralysis—in addition to treating a variety of conditions of the head and neck. She utilizes a variety of cutting-edge surgical and non-surgical approaches to provide high-quality treatments to meet each patient’s specific goals.
Dr. Yamasaki graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in Molecular Biology and a minor in Piano Performance. She earned her M.D. at Harvard Medical School. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Harvard Medical School, where she trained at several leading academic institutions including Massachusetts Eye and Ear, Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Yamasaki pursued a renowned fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Michigan, one of the highest volume comprehensive cancer centers for facial skin cancer reconstruction in the country. She also previously served as Clinical Instructor at the University of Michigan, staff surgeon at the Ann Arbor VA, and attending surgeon in central NJ. She has authored nearly 50 scientific articles, textbook chapters, and presentations at multiple national and international conferences.
