20 year old male who desired both functional and cosmetic changes to the nose. He struggled with nasal airway obstruction and a severely deviated septum. He also did not like his dorsal hump and twist to his nose on the frontal view. He underwent a endonasal “scarless” rhinoplasty and septoplasty to improve his nasal breathing as well as change the appearance of his nose. These post op photos are 3 months after his surgery showing a straight dorsum and straight appearance of his nose. He was thrilled with the results as were we!
