Scar Revision Before and After Photos in Philadelphia, PA, Patient 1517

55 year old female with history of parotid surgery that left her with a large keloid scar. This made her very self conscious and she would frequently wear clothes or scarves to cover her neck. She underwent scar excision and post-operative management with Kenalog and 5-fluorouracil injections to prevent a recurrence of her keloid. This is her 3 months after her surgery with a much improved scar. She was thrilled with the results and so were we!
